1.5 lbs grated jack cheese
2 large cans ortega chilies
1 cube butter
1/3 cup bisquick
8 eggs
1 large can canned milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9 by 13 inch pan and sprinkle with some bisquick. Layer half chilies, half cheese, half butter then bisquick. Repeat the layers ending with bisquick.

Beat the 8 eggs, add milk and pour over your layers.

Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour.

According to his grandmother, "Stephen likes marbled cheese, like colby & jack and no chilies." So if you want to bribe Mr. Zoller with his favorite souffle, be sure to make it his way!
