3 eggs - separated
24 graham crackers or use crumbs already prepared
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 can eagle brand condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cracker crumbs and butter and press into well buttered 8" square pan. Beat egg yolks, add milk and lemon juice. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Pour on top of crumb base and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake 25 minutes at 300º. Cool in pan. Slice and serve.

I'm pretty sure we used to keep this in the refrigerator.
