3 pkgs. Carl Buddig corned beef, chopped (or 1/2 lb. fresh corned beef)
1 can sauerkraut, drained
1 sm. can chopped black olives
8-10 oz. shredded Swiss cheese (1/2 lb.)
2 cups mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour into 9x11 pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with Triscuits or crackers.

This is delicious and goes a long way. I have made this for parties and separated the mixture into separate crocks and heated them at different times. Because of the mayonnaise, it is not good leftover after being heated.
