Crust:
1-1/2 stick butter or margarine
1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup nuts

Middle Layer:
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
12 ounces cool whip

Third Layer:
1 package of vanilla instant pudding
1 package of chocolate instant pudding
3 cups of milk

Top Layer:
Cool whip
Nuts and/or chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Add flour and nuts and press into the bottom of a 13 X 9 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 375º. Let cool.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip and spread onto the crust.
Beat the puddings and milk for 2 minutes by hand. Spread on top of the cream cheese layer.
Cover with cool whip. Sprinkle with nuts and/or chocolate chips.
