Ingredients:  
1 deep dish frozen pie shell
1 1/2 c. shredded Mont. jack cheese (6 oz.)
1 pkg JD sausage browned and drained - we use turkey sausage
1/2 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
3 beaten eggs or egg beaters
1 c light cream or milk
Directions:

Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 50 - 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
