2 cans cream corn
1 can whole corn/drained
1 jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
3 eggs
Sour Cream
2 cups shredded cheese

Directions:

Combine:

cream corn, whole corn, jiffy corn muffin mix, onion, green pepper, eggs.

Mix well. Bake at 375 for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.

Top with thin layer of sour cream and 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese. Bake another 10 minutes.
