1 onion, chopped
1 T oil
3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts,
Chopped & cooked
1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
28-oz can stewed tomatoes, undrained
2 15-oz cans pinto beans, undrained
3/4 cups picante sauce (not Salsa)
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
Garnishes: sour cream, grated cheddar cheese,
sliced black olives, Salsa

Directions:
Saute onion in oil until soft; add chicken, green pepper and garlic. Heat thoroughly. Pour tomatoes into slow cooker; mash into large pieces. Add chicken mixture; mix in remaining ingredients. Stir to combine; heat on low setting for 4-6 hrs. Serve garnished with sour cream, grated Cheddar cheese and sliced black olives.
