1 (10 oz) can rotel tomatoes
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 of soup can cold water
salt & pepper to taste
1 tablespoon onion flakes or freshly chopped onion
1/2 stick margarine
10 to12 small potatoes, peeled and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a bowl, mix tomatoes, cheddar cheese soup, mushroom soup, water, onion, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over potatoes in a greased baking dish. Place margarine slices on top and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft when stuck with fork.
