8 large potatoes
1 onion, chopped
salt & pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz) sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and quarter potatoes; cover with water. Cook until tender. Don't drain water. Add cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, and sour cream. Simmer.
