2 c. butter, melted
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 t. vanilla
2 c. instant oatmeal
2 c. corn flakes
4 c. flour
2 t. soda
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt

Mix together first five ingredients. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt, and add the mixture, oatmeal and corn flakes to the first mixture. You can add 2 cups of any of the following: raisins, coconut, chocolate chips, nuts, butterscotch chips or peanuts. Dip out cookie dough with ice cream scoop (scant) and bake at 350 degrees for 13 minutes. Place only 6 scoops on each cookie sheet.
