Crust:
1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. butter, melted

Filling:
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 14 oz. can condensed milk
3 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
4 eggs
2 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Combine all ingredients and press firmly in bottom of 9" springform pan.

Filling: In saucepan, over low heat, melt chips, stirring constantly. In mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add melted chips and remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into pan and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool and chill.
