2 lbs pork baby back ribs
liquid smoke
Head Country Seasoning
1 bottle Head Country BBQ sauce
Heavy Duty Non-stick aluminum foil

Directions:
Remove the silver skin membrane from the back of the ribs. Brush both sides liberally with liquid smoke and season with Head Country Seasoning. Brush the ribs liberally with Head Country BBQ sauce and place each portion on two layers of the heavy duty non-stick foil. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
Preheat oven to 300º F (150º C).
Bake ribs wrapped tightly in the foil at 300º F
(150º C) for 2 1/2 hours. Remove from foil and place on a broiler pan. Brush with more sauce, and broil on Hi for 5 minutes.

These are super tender, falling-off- the-bone, baby back ribs! Enjoy! Marinating overnight makes the difference.
