10 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup cocoa (or hot Chocolate Mix)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups hot water
marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
1. Measure milk into slow cooker. Turn on High.
2. Mix together sugar, salt and cocoa in heavy sauce pan. Add hot water. Stir and boil 3 mins, stirring often.
3. Pouring into milk. Cook on high 2-2-1/2 hrs.
Note: Use the highest quality cocoa available. Not a bitter baking chocolate, and not Swiss Miss please.
