1 can 15 oz. tomato puree
1 can 15 oz. water
big can tomato paste
1 can water of big paste
small can tomato paste
1 can water of small paste
small can tomato sauce
garlic powder
chopped red pepper

1 lb. pork, ground
black pepper, couple shakes
14 saltine crackers, crushed
2 eggs
4 garlic cloves
2 handfuls Romano cheese
parsley couple shakes
2 Tbsp. water

add first 7 ingredients
shake pepper and salt to cover top of sauce
couple shakes of basil
shake garlic powder to cover top
few shakes of red pepper
Simmer and boil.

mix all ingredient together and mix well with hands. Make into balls and throw into sauce. Simmer for 3 hours.

I make the meatballs all different sizes.

I got this recipe from a friend that married into an Itallian family and had to learn to make his Mama's super secret sauce! After they split the super secret was no more!
