3 cups sifted flour
1 t. soda
1 t. salt
2 cups sugar
1 T. cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups frozen, sweetened, sliced strawberries - thawed
1 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together into large mixing bowl. Mix eggs, oil, strawberries and pecans and add to dry ingredients. Stir just enough to moisten. Pour into greased six small loaf pans or two large loaf pans, greased. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or small pans or 1 hour for large pans. Cool 5 minutes, then remove from pans onto cooling rack.
