2 tbsp butter - 4 pieces of veal, 1/2 inch thick either cutlets,steaks or chops, 1/3 cup evaporated milk, 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, can of tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large pan. Dip veal in evaporated milk. Then roll the veal in mixture of cheese, flour salt and pepper. Put in buttered pan and bake uncovered for 30 minutes in 350º. Meanwhile mix evaporated milk with a 1/3 cup more cheese. After 30 minutes take out veal, and pour an 8 ounce can of tomato sauce around it. then spoon the cheese mixture onto veal and bake 20 to 25 minutes more.
