3 cups raw broccoli, 2 cups raw cauliflower, 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced into large chunks, 3 cans cheddar cheese soup, 1 1/2 cups milk. 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In three medium saucepan's boil. broccoli, cauliflower and potatoes. Cook until broccoli and cauliflower are tender crisp and potatoes are tender. (do not over boil) Drain excess liquid.
In a large saucepan, combine soup and milk, stir to blend. Add the green onions and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add broccoli, cauliflower and potatoes. Let cook for an additional 5 minutes on low heat, stirring frequently( if soup is too thick, more milk may be added)Add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
