2 lbs. Ground Beef or Sausage
4 T. Olive oil
4 cloves garlic - minced
2 onions - minced
2 - 6oz cans Tomato Paste
2 - 8oz cans Tomato Sauce
1 1/2 cups Water
Salt and Pepper
1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning

12 oz. Lasagne
1 lb Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
8 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese
1 pint Cottage Cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Parsley Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef or sausage w/ onions.
Add rest of 1st 8 ingredients and simmer for 45 min.

Cook Lasagna Noodles until tender - rinse in cold water,drain.

Combine Cottage Cheese, eggs, Mozzarella, Monterrey Jack, Parmesan Cheese, salt/pepper, and Parsley Flakes

Place in layers in 9x13 inch pan as follows
Sauce, noodles, sauce, cheese. Repeat layers

Bake 45 minutes in 325º oven
