Cake:
6 egg yolks
6 egg whites
2 c. flour
2 T. baking powder
2 T. cold water
2 c. sugar

Milk Mixture:
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. rum

Frosting:
1 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Whip egg yolks and cold water. Add sugar and fold in flour small amounts at a time. Whip egg whites and fold into cake batter. Pour batter into 12" round cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cake from oven and let cool. Poke holes in cake and pour in milk mixture. Frost cake with whipped cream.
