1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup flour
6 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp. corn starch
1 1/2 cups half and half
1/4 cup cooking sherry
1 tsp. lemon peel -grated
1 tbls lemon juice
1 cup grated Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine paprika and flour - coat chicken
Brown chicken in butter and add 1/4 cup of water and simmer covered for 30 minutes
Arrange in a flat casserole dish
Mix corn starch with 1/4 of the half and half
Cook over low heat until thick, gradually stir in remaining cream, sherry, lemon peel and lemon juice.
Stir until the mixture thickens
Pour over the chicken
Bake covered for 35 at 350 degrees or until the sauce is bubbly..
Remove cover, sprinkle cheese on top and bake a couple of more minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serve over rice.
