1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 T. cocoa
2 c. applesauce
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 1/2 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
2 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs and beat well. Combine cocoa, cinnamon, flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Stir in applesauce. Pour into well greased bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees 30-40 minutes.
