1 sour cream cake baked in 8" round pans
1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling
cherry jam
1 c. heavy whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to directions. Prepare pudding and pie filling according to directions and whip the heavy cream. Assemble the cake by cutting the cake rounds in half. Place half the pudding mix on the first layer, jam on the second layer, pudding mix on the third layer and jam in the center of the top layer. Frost sides and top with whip cream and refrigerate. Serves 12-16.
