1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 large can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
2 small instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
coconut to sprinkle
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix and pour into 9x13 pan and bake as directed. Meanwhile, boil pineapple with sugar until thick. Prick cake every inch with fork tines. Pour pineapple mixture over cake and let cool completely. Make pudding and smooth on top. Whip cream and spread over pudding. Sprinkle with coconut. Serves 12-15.
