Crust:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Filling:
1 lb. can of pumpkin
13 oz. can evaporated milk
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Topping:
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and butter in mixing bowl. Mix until crumbly, using electric mixer at low speed. Press into ungreased 13 x 9 pan. Bake crust @350º for 15 minutes.
Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and spices for filling. Beat well. Pour into crust. Bake @ 350º for 20 minutes.
Combine topping of nuts, brown sugar, and butter. Sprinkle over pumpkin filling. Return to oven and bake @ 350º for 15 minutes until filling is set. Serve with cool whip.
