1 10-oz mango, pooled, pitted, diced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tsp minced seeded serrano chili
1 tsp grated lime peel
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 6-oz salmon filets

Preheat grill to medium high heat. Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl; mix in 1 1/2 Tbsp oil. Season salsa with salt and pepper. Brush salmon with remaining 1/2 Tbsp oil. Grill until just opaque in center, appr 5 minutes per side. Serve with Salsa.
