4 oz cream cheese cubed
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
3/4 c milk
1/4 c butter or margarine
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
8 oz fettucini cooked and drained
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 c cooked diced chicken (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, parmesan cheese, milk, butter, white pepper, and garlic powder in medium saucepan. Cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended. Toss with hot fettucini (and chicken if desired). Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve with Italian bread and tossed salad.
