Dainty Lemon Bars Recipe

1 c flour
1/2 c butter
1/4 c powdered sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c sugar
2 T lemon juice
1 t lemon rind

1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 t lemon juice
1 t water

Mix all together to make glaze

Combine flour, powdered sugar, butter and mix thoroughly. Spread in a 9 x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Meanwhile mix together eggs, sugar, lemon juice and lemon rind. Spread over first layer in pan

Return to oven for 25 minutes. When cooled frost with lemon glaze. Cut into 1 x 1 1/2 bars.
