2 eggs
1 C corn meal
3 T flour
1 t soda
1 t baking powder
1t salt
2/3 cup milk
1 1lb can cream style corn
1 large chopped onion
3 - 4 chopped canned jalapenos
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup bacon drippings

Directions:

Mix all together and put in a greased iron skillet. Cook in a preheated oven 1 hour at 350º.
