1 head solid cabbage
Onions
Bell Pepper
1 cup sugar

DRESSING
3/4 cup salad oil
1 cup vinegr
1 t celery seed
1 t poppy seed
1/2 t dry mustard
1 T salt

Directions:
Directions:
Shred 1/2 of cabbage into large bowl. Cover with thnly sliced onions and bell peppers. Pour 1/2 cup sugar over this.

Shred remaining 1/2 head of cabbage over this and repeat with onions and green peppers. Pour another 1/2 cup sugar over this.

DRESSING

Heat 3/4 cups salad oil and 1 cup vinegar, 1 t celery seed, 1 t poppy seed, 1/2 t dry mustard and 1 T salt. Bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage while still hot. Put in refrigerator after it has cooled, and plan for salad to stand for at least 24 hours.
