2 T. shortening
2 T. flour
1 T. chili powder
1 glove garlic- minced
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
Hamburger meat - seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic salt and chili powder
Grated cheese of choice - monterrey jack, cheddar or velvetta
tortillas

Make sauce: Melt shortening in pan. Add flour, chili powder and garlic and mix well. Add tomato soup and water and stir frequently. Later add water as thickens as needed.

Brown meat with seasonings and drain grease.

Grate cheese of choice.

Take tortillas and dip in sauce or place sauce on a plate and dip in that. This will soften and make them roll easier. Add meat and cheese to center of tortillas, roll and place in lightly greased plan. Once all are rolled, sprinkle remaining meat and cheese on top and cover with remaining sauce. Cover with foil and heat 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
