1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chicken broth
1-1/2 c. milk
4 c. shredded mozzerella cheese
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 T. parsley, minced
9 noodles, cooked
2 - 10 oz. packages spinach, thawed
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in butter. Stir in flour and salt. Add milk. Bring to a boil, and boil 1 minute. Stir in 2 c. mozzerella cheese, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, and spices. Set aside.
Combine ricotta, parsley, spinach, chicken and remaining mozzerella cheese. Set aside.
Spread 1/4 cheese sauce in 9x13 pan. Add 3 noodles, 1/2 of the ricotta, spinach, and chicken mixute. Repeat. Springkle parmesan on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
