5 eggs separated
2 lemons (juice only)
1 1/2 cup sugar
8 small or 3 large Philadelphia cream cheeses
2 T flour
1 t vanilla
1 t almond extract
1/2 coffee cream
Graham Cracker Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs. Cram yolks, cheese, lemon juice, sugar, flour, coffee cream, and extract. Beat until very creamy. Beat egg whites stiff (not dry). Fold into cheese mixture. Butter springform or angel food pan. Cover with graham cracker crumbs. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes; turn off for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool. Refrigerate over night. Serves a bunch!
