3-4 pounds boneless western style or country ribs

Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 dashes tabasco sauce :
1 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put ribs on a rack in a deep pan with water in the bottom. Cover tightly and bake at 325° for 3 hours. Don't peek!
Drain and lay the ribs in the bottom of the pan. Cover with BBQ sauce and bake 1 hour.
