11/2 c. warm milk with 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp salt
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. warm water with 2 packages yeast
71/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, sugar, salt and butter in bowl. Soak yeast in water 5-7 minutes to proof. Add two cups flour to milk mixture. Beat in eggs and yeast by hand. Add remaining flour, but 1/2 c. to use while kneading. Allow to rise in a greased bowl until double size. Punch and rise again.
