1 package yeast
1/4 cup warm water
2 tbsp sugar

1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
3 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine yeast, warm water, tbsp sugar and set aside, allowing yeast to proof. Heat milk and butter on stove, until butter melts. In a bowl, mix milk mixture with sugar, salt, flour (added 1 cup at a time), egg and vanilla. Knead the dough. Cover in large greased bowl and allow to rise. Knead again. Cut into two pieces and roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Spread soft butter over dough and sprinkle liberally with cinnamon and sugar. Spray muffin tins and add 1/2 tsp brown sugar to each tin and 1/4 tsp butter. Roll up dough, slice and place one piece of dough in each muffin tin. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 350 ten minutes or until done.
