1 wheel of Brie
1/2 cup of fig preserves (Mrs. Braswell's)
10 dried mission figs
Wheat Thins or toasted crostini

Directions:
Directions:
Unwrap Brie and cut off the top of the white covering encasing the Brie. Place in an oven-proof baking dish (use one the approximate size of the Brie). Dice the figs and mix them with the preserves. Spread the mixture on top of the Brie. Bake in 350º oven about 20 minutes or until bubbling around the edges. Serve with Wheat Thins.
