4 slices bacon, crumbled
3 cups chopped cabbage
½ small onion, finely chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped medium
2 tsp sugar
Seasonings to taste:
Salt
Pepper
Season all
Paprika
Lemon juice
Onion powder
Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Remove from pan; drain. Save bacon grease in skillet. Heat bacon grease to a fairly hot, but not smoking, temperature. Add cabbage. Stir; then cover for 2-3 minutes. Remove cover and add onion, green pepper, bacon, sugar. Add seasonings listed to taste.
