˝ cup butter or margarine
1 cup flour
2 tsp sugar
˝ cup pecans, finely chopped

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip

2 packages instant pudding mix, any flavor
3 cups milk
Cool whip

Combine butter, flour, sugar, and pecans. Press into a 9x13 pan with a moistened fork. Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes. (it is okay to make the day before)
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip; pour evenly onto cooled crust.
Mix pudding and milk together; pour evenly over cream cheese mixture.
Top with cool whip. Cool in the refrigerator before serving. Optional: Garnish with fresh fruit.
