Marinate:
1/2 large can of pineapple juice
1.5- 2 cups soy sauce
4-5 cloves of garlic

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Put in ziplock bag with tri tip. Marinate all day or over night. Put on the hot grill for about 3-4 minutes. Take out and set in the marinate for about 4-5 minutes. Put back on the grill on the other side and finish it off! You want it medium rare! Cut it against the grain into thin pieces.
