2 lb. uncooked Jimmy Dean© sausage
1 1/2 c. Bisquick©
14 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (4 c. shredded)
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and form into one-inch balls. Bake 15 minutes at 375ºF on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown. For a firmer texture add an extra 3 c. Bisquick© & 2 c. cheese. These can be frozen uncooked or cooked.
