Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Head of Lettuce
Bunch of Green Onions
1-2 cups peanuts
Sun-Bird General Tso's Chicken Mix
Diced (or ground) chicken
Rice
Sesame Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Start cooking the rice. Dice cooked chicken breasts (or ground chicken from the butcher) in a little olive oil. Add the chopped green onions and peanuts (if you like cashews better, use those). Mix up the Kung Pao mix per directions on package, then add to chicken mixture and let simmer until thickened. Add sesame seeds. Wash lettuce leaves.

To serve, wrap up the lettuce leaves with the rice and chicken mixture. We like to put chow mein noodles or puffed rice on top. We also like to serve this with egg rolls on the side. Enjoy!
