10 oz. shell pasta (penne, fusilli and rigatoni work well)
16 oz. broccoli
16 oz. fresh mushrooms

Sauce:
1 pt. half & half cream
6 T. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 T. garlic powder
4 T. butter
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles; cook broccoli. Drain both & combine in a large pan. In large saucepan add all other ingredients except for Parmesan cheese simmer over medium heat until it's a small boil. Gradually add the Parmesan cheese; simmer until cheese melts. Add mushrooms, simmer 10 more minutes, stirring constantly. Combine sauce with noodles & broccoli simmer 5 to 7 more minutes. Serve with rolls or garlic bread.

Variations: Also makes a great dish to add chicken or ham chunks to this recipe
