5-6 apples (mixed varieties)
1 1/2 cup sugar
cinnamon
uncooked pie shell
flour - 2 T. and 3/4 cup
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice apples and place in uncooked pie shell. Sprinkle 2 T. flour on top and pour 1/4 cup whipping cream over apple mixture.

Dutch topping:
Mix 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. flour together and then cut in the soft butter.

Bake 400º for 20 minutes. turn down to 350º and bake for another 40 - 45 minutes until slightly brown on top.
