11/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 egg
1 c. sour milk (sour with lemon juice)
1 tsp.soda ( dissolve in sour milk)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 c. cut up rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped walnut
1/3 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Cream brown sugar,margarine and egg together. mix in sour milk with soda,salt,vanilla and flour. On low mix in rhubarb and nuts. Pour in a 9x13 cake pan and mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 min.
