2 (11 oz.) cans Mexican corn, drained
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained
2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese (about 8 oz.)
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise

Scoops corn chips, for dipping

Pre-heat oven to 350º. Grease a 9x13x2 casserole dish. In median bowl, mix the corn, chilies, cheeses, and mayo until fully combined. Spread the mixture in the prepared casserole dish and bake, uncovered, for 30 - 40 minutes, or until bubbly around the edges. Serve the dip warm with corn chips.
