5 lbs. potatoes (9 large)
salt and water
6 oz. cream cheese
sour cream
2 tbsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cook potatoes in salt water until tender and drain. mash until smooth, add cream cheese and sour cream onion salt and pepper,2 tbsp. butter. Beat until light and fluffy. Cool -cover and refrigerate. use with in 10 days. When you want to use some put desired amount in casserole with butter. Bake about 30 minutes or until heat through.
