11/2 lb. ground pork sausage (browned)
12 eggs
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream (1 c.)

Directions:
Directions:
Put beaten eggs in a 9x13 pan.Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle half shredded cheddar cheese over eggs. Pour whipping cream evenly over top of cheese and eggs. Put browned sausage over top and sprinkle remaining cheese .
DO NOT STIR:
refrigerate overnight and bake in the morning for 50 to 60 minutes in a 350º oven.
