le1 1/2 lbs. VERY fresh salmon filets
1/2 c. of a Sauvignon Blanc Flume
~2 c.H2O
1/2 tsp.sea salt
3 slices(finely) sweet onion
3 slices(finely) lemon
several sprigs of fresh rosemary several sprigs of fresh parsley
1 tsp. whole fennel seed
1 tbsp. paprika
McCormicks 4 coloured whole pepper medley

Directions:
Directions:
-add H2O,Wine,fennel seed,rosemary and salt
-saute on med heat ~ 6 minutes
-place H2O in a fish poacher pan pour saute over salmon,top w coarsley ground pepper,lemon,parsley and paprika
do not overcook-it should be flaky but not tough
