1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 c shortening
3 c sugar
4 eggs
3 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
3 c flour
1 c milk
7 oz angel flake coconut
2 c nuts if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, shortening, and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and almond extract. Alternate flour with milk and add coconut. Bake at 325º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
