whole flounder (~1.5#)..rinsed and dried
1 can fresh crab meat
2 tsp. bell pepper-finely chopped
2 tsp.celery-finely chopped
1 tsp. chopped pimento
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Old Bay spice mix
1/4 c. Progresso bread crumbs
2 tbsp. parsley-chopped
1 egg-beaten
1/2 c. butter-melted
1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
-create a cavity in the flounder,brush w melted
butter
-add next10 ingredients to crab meat
-place flounder in shallow baking pan
-stuff crab mixture into slits
-bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes
-dust w paprika,bake another 6 min @ 450 F
